  • To apply for a new account, you must come into Town Hall. For same day service, you need to be in our office by 12 p.m.
  • A $75.00 (owner) or $150.00 (tenant) deposit will be required.
  • Document Requirements:

  2. Lease or proof of Ownership
  3. Picture Identification
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the Utilities Department to stop billing on your account. If a customer does not notify our department to terminate service, the account will continue to be billed and the customer will be responsible for all charges accumulated as a result of any failure to contact us.
  • To request a disconnection of service, you may come to our office or call (740) 892-2841, opt. 2.
  • Customers can now view and pay bills online with a credit/debit card or electronic check with a small fee. Make a quick one-time payment or register to enjoy all the benefits such as viewing history, storing payment information for later use (if desired).
  • We accept payments online, at Town Hall in person or in the drop box, over the phone at (740) 892-2841 Option 2 or via mail at P.O. Box 524, Utica, Ohio  43080.
  • If you are having trouble paying your water bill, please contact the office and make payment arrangements to avoid disruption of service. 
  •  The Village of Utica bills on a monthly basis with payments due on the 15th of every month, unless it falls on the weekend or Holiday; then bills will be due the following business day.
  •  The Village of Utica accepts cash, check, money orders, or debit/credit cards. Please note that a convenience fee is added to all debit and credit card transactions.
