It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the Utilities Department to stop billing on your account. If a customer does not notify our department to terminate service, the account will continue to be billed and the customer will be responsible for all charges accumulated as a result of any failure to contact us.
To request a disconnection of service, you may come to our office or call (740) 892-2841, opt. 2.
Customers can now view and pay bills online with a credit/debit card or electronic check with a small fee. Make a quick one-time payment or register to enjoy all the benefits such as viewing history, storing payment information for later use (if desired).
We accept payments online, at Town Hall in person or in the drop box, over the phone at (740) 892-2841 Option 2 or via mail at P.O. Box 524, Utica, Ohio 43080.
If you are having trouble paying your water bill, please contact the office and make payment arrangements to avoid disruption of service.
The Village of Utica bills on a monthly basis with payments due on the 15th of every month, unless it falls on the weekend or Holiday; then bills will be due the following business day.
The Village of Utica accepts cash, check, money orders, or debit/credit cards. Please note that a convenience fee is added to all debit and credit card transactions.
